<li>Take full responsibility for the efficient and effective delivery of projects.</li>
<li>Develop and manage the project delivery plan, manage project financials, identify risks and roll out remediation plan for the projects under execution</li>
<li>Effectively communicate, the risks, change management and project strategies for projects</li>
<li>Develop and maintain project budgets to ensure project scope is met within allocated financial metrics and variation management</li>
<li>Be the key escalation point for customers and drive all issues resolution to a satisfactory conclusion</li>
<li>Key focus on variation management of projects to ensure profitability of all projects and services</li>
<li>Conduct periodic Project reviews to assess health of the projects in execution</li>
<li>Provide insight on forecast for projects in execution, assisting overall operations to understand project cost of sale, quoted vs actual hours and progressive profitability</li>
<li>Responsible for project invoicing, progress claims and managing cash flow position</li>
<li>Oversee the performance of FAT, SAT and Commissioning activities on site</li>
<li>Obtain NPS feedback from customer post completion of projects</li>

<li>Participate in bid qualification, technical solution preparation, project planning and execution, pre-bid meetings</li>
<li>Be the Design QA for projects assigned. Review designs provided by Design group before project related submissions for approval</li>
<li>Be a management escalation point for our key customers if urgent matters arise.</li>

<li>Pre sales - Assist with the preparation of tenders and quotation responses to ensure technical and Project scope is defined and can be delivered by the company</li>

<li>10 years or more experience with a mix of project management and design engg</li>
<li>Tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical/Instrumentation/Automation) or a related discipline or related trade background</li>
<li>Manage multiple large automation projects spanning process control, data centres, smart buildings</li>
<li>Must have the right to work in Australia</li>
<li>Possess understanding of monitoring and control in process industry, Building management systems, Energy management systems.</li>
